Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or unwanted colors. Please carefully review the product description, measurements, colors, and photos before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery through our Contact page. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and unaltered while your claim is being reviewed. We cannot assist with damage caused after delivery, improper washing, normal wear, or alterations.

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
